Squats

Ladies, squats in your waist trainer will change your life. As your waist is getting smaller, squats will not only strengthen your core, but get your booty firm and round. And nothing will highlight your tiny waist more than a juicy behind.

Planking

This is the perfect exercise to strengthen your core, and will give your the best possible results with your waist trainer.

Once you start adding planking to your regular workout, considering getting an exercise mat. They are the same ones you’d use for yoga, and  it helps look after your elbows.

Walking Lunges

This is one of my favorite waist training exercises. With your trainer on, you put one foot in front of the other and move across your backyard or home. This does wonders for the legs and abs. Just because you aren’t doing crunches, doesn’t mean you’re not working out your muscles underneath that trainer!

Kettlebell Swings

What makes this waist training exercise so great is it combines cardio and strength training to take your body to the next level. By doing kettlebell swings only 2-3 times a week, you’ll start seeing results almost immediately.

When trying any new workout, it’s important to listen to your body. If anything hurts, try doing a simpler version of the exercise until you feel ready. Wearing a waist trainer while exercising is an adjustment, so it’s important to take it slow.
